Using the Robotic interface, robots can be integrated just as easily and quickly into a simulation as a PLC.


In doing so, connections to tools of various robot manufacturers are set up, e.g. Kuka (Kuka Office Station, Office Lite or real Kuka RC) or ABB (ABB Studio). As a result, the data of the emulated robot can be read, used in the simulation and signals sent to the robot.

The user has the option of verifying the robot offline program in an integrated system.

Because no material paths need to be defined when using robots, the time required to create such a simulation remains minimal.

All movements of the robot are executed precisely and realistically by the physical system in fe.screen-sim, whereby collision checks are possible at any time and thus safety areas can be verified.
