VR – Virtual Reality
The VR module allows you to immerse yourself in the simulation using virtual reality glasses (Oculus Rift / Quest, HTC Vive / Vive Pro) and therefore opens up a completely new form of presentation. Sizes and distances can be better estimated compared to viewing them on a monitor.
New impressive visualizations
Virtual Reality as well as Augmented Reality are entering the system simulation – you will be impressed!
The Viewer offers various navigation options – with mouse and keyboard or via a controller. Any number of viewers can therefore view the simulation at any time – with their own viewing angle and their own position selection. The movement is carried out by the controllers of the VR glasses manufacturers. Positioning, e.g. for emergency stop switches or control panels of systems, is made easier.
Interactions with conveyed goods or 3D buttons are also possible, making the viewer the ideal solution for control tests. Several virtual commissioning engineers can carry out their tests in parallel – without mutual interference.
The view of plants in virtual reality can be used as a sales argument in the early phase of projects. Also for trainings fe.screen-sim is used more and more often: Operators can familiarize themselves perfectly with a system even before it is used.
